Easy Gluten Free Bread

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 3/4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/8 cup vegetable oil

Recipe

  • 1 mix the dry ingredients, (**beat the egg before you add to dry**).
  • 2 add wet ingredients to dry (here is where you could add cheese, cinnamon, or other extra ingredients). batter should be the consistency of a muffin mix.
