Ingredients
- 1 cup rice flour
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 3/4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/8 cup vegetable oil
Recipe
- 1 mix the dry ingredients, (**beat the egg before you add to dry**).
- 2 add wet ingredients to dry (here is where you could add cheese, cinnamon, or other extra ingredients). batter should be the consistency of a muffin mix.
- 3 grease your pan very lightly.
- 4 put in small loaf pan (double or triple recipe to make a big loaf).
- 5 bake 15-20 minutes at 350°f.
