Easy Parfait

Total Time: 6 mins Preparation Time: 3 mins Cook Time: 3 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup rice chex
  • 1 small banana, sliced
  • 6 blueberries (optional)
  • 1 strawberry, sliced (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 in any cup or bowl take 1/3 cup of yogurt then layer bananas and other fuit then put 1/3 cup yogurt in and then the cereal and then put the rest of the yogurt in top. enjoy!
