Fusilli With Spicy Tomato Sauce

• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 large garlic cloves, minced
• 1/4 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes
• 1 1/2 lbs tomatoes, seeded and diced
• 3 links hot italian sausages
• 1 lb fusilli
• 1 teaspoon parsley, minced

Recipe

• 1 in large skillet heat oil, garlic and red pepper flakes over medium heat until garlic is browned.
• 2 add tomatos
• 3 stir in sausage.
• 4 season with salt and pepper to taste.
• 5 add cooked pasta and parsley to sauce.
• 6 toss.
