Herbed Spinach Ricotta Gnocchi

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 6 basil leaves
  • 2 sage leaves
  • 1/2 cup cooked spinach, very well drained, and chopped
