- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 cups tomato juice
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup shredded mild cheese
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef, browned
- 12 ounces spaghetti, cooked
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
- 2 cover. cook on low 4 hours. check mixture about halfway through the cooking time. if it's becoming dry, stir in an additional cup of tomato juice.
