Easy Fried Rice With Veggies

Total Time: 22 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 16 ounces frozen stir fry vegetables
  • 3 cups cooked rice

Recipe

  • 1 heat wok over medium heat, add oil swirl to coat pan.
  • 2 add veggies, cook stir often for 1-2 minutes.
  • 3 add rice, cook for 10 minutes, stir often until rice is light brown.
  • 4 add soy sauce, stir to coat rice. serve warm.
