Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 12 ounces fettuccine, uncooked
- 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, softened
- 1 cup whipping cream, at room temperature
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Recipe
- 1 cook pasta according to package directions.
- 2 drain well; place in warm serving dish large enough for tossing.
- 3 add butter, whipping cream, cheese and parsley; toss until pasta is well coated.
- 4 salt and pepper to taste.
