Fettuccine Alfredo

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 12 ounces fettuccine, uncooked
  • 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, softened
  • 1 cup whipping cream, at room temperature
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Recipe

  • 1 cook pasta according to package directions.
  • 2 drain well; place in warm serving dish large enough for tossing.
  • 3 add butter, whipping cream, cheese and parsley; toss until pasta is well coated.
  • 4 salt and pepper to taste.
