Ginger Berry Zing (raw Food)

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups water, to taste
1 large banana
1 cup berries, frozen
1 tablespoon fresh ginger
1/8 cup flax seed, ground
Recipe
1 puree all six ingredients in blender until smooth.
2 pour into 2 tall glasses & enjoy!
