- 1/3 cup old fashioned oats
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 medium banana
- 4 tablespoons 1% low-fat milk
- 2 tablespoons low-fat peanut butter
- cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 put oats in a microwave safe bowl. pour in water and microwave as directed. once done, take out of the microwave and thinly slice the banana into the mix. mash/stir. add in the peanut butter, milk and cinnamon. mix until desired consistency. eat! :).
