- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 cup crunch peanut butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- water
Recipe
- 1 mix all the ingredients together and add water (based on how thick you would like it to be).
- 2 cook on medium heat in sauce pan until sauce is bubbly and slightly thickened.
- 3 serve over rice and/or vegetables.
