- 4 1/2 cups flour
- 6 eggs
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/3 cup water
Recipe
- 1 mix together the flour, eggs, salt and water.
- 2 knead dough until smooth.
- 3 let rest, covered, about 19 minutes.
- 4 roll thin.
- 5 roll up as for a jelly roll, or cut into strips. (cut as narrow as possible or into small squares).
- 6 dry noodles then cook the same as you would regular noodles.
