Jambalaya

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 ounces jambalaya rice
  • 1 lb beef sausage
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 6 ounces baby shrimp

Recipe

  • 1 slice sausage into 1/4 inch pieces.
  • 2 brown sausage in skillet.
  • 3 remove sausage from skillet.
  • 4 cube chicken breast into bite size pieces.
  • 5 brown chicken in same skillet as sausage.
  • 6 remove chicken from skillet.
  • 7 cook rice in same skillet following package directions.
  • 8 half way through cooking time add sausage, chicken and shrimp.
  • 9 cook for remaining time.
