Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) can black-eyed peas
- 2 cups prepared minute rice cooked rice
- bacon grease, for flavoring
Recipe
- 1 prepare minute rice to equal 2 cups when done.
- 2 heat black-eyed peas and add a little water if needed and about two tablespoons bacon grease.
- 3 after rice is ready and peas cooked
- 4 to look like soup beans mix these together and serve with ham if desired.
