Ingredients

- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked rice
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of onion soup
- 1 can diced tomatoes and green chilies (undrained)
- 1 lb smoked sausage
- 1 lb shrimp (peeled)
Recipe
- 1 combine first 5 ingredients in a 3 quart baking dish.
- 2 cover and cook at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
- 3 add the sausage and shrimp.
- 4 cover and continue to cook another 25 minutes.
