Daifuku Cake

Total Time: 2 hrs 30 mins Preparation Time: 2 hrs Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup azuki beans
  • 10 cups water
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups water

Recipe

  • 1 for the anko filling:.
  • 2 place 4 cups of water in a pan and add the azuki beans to the water.
