Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups instant potato flakes
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 small chopped onion
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 4 ounces mushrooms, and
- mushroom liquid
Recipe
- 1 mix potato flakes with water.
- 2 add 2 beaten eggs.
- 3 work in 2 cups of flour.
- 4 knead, roll in 0.5 inch pieces.
- 5 roll each piece down with fork tines.
- 6 boil for 8 minutes or little bit less.
- 7 tomato sauce:.
- 8 saute small chopped onion for 15 minutes add 8 oz can of tomato sauce and 4 oz can of mushroom and liquid and heat through.
