Ingredients

- 1 lb egg roll wrap
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 brush the wrappers, one at a time, with olive oil.
- 3 lay them on a baking sheet, make sure they don't touch.
- 4 sprinkle with salt and pepper, to taste.
- 5 bake 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
- 6 cool and serve!
