Garlic Salmon Linguine

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 (16 ounce) package linguine
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 (15 ounce) can salmon, drained and deboned
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Recipe
- 1 prepare linguine according to pkg directions, drain and set aside.
- 2 in skillet, saute garlic and olive oil.
- 3 add salmon, chicken broth, parsley, salt and cayenne pepper.
- 4 cook over medium heat until heated through.
- 5 add linguine to salmon mixture in skillet, and toss to coat.
