Garlic Salmon Linguine

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (16 ounce) package linguine
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 (15 ounce) can salmon, drained and deboned
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Recipe

  • 1 prepare linguine according to pkg directions, drain and set aside.
  • 2 in skillet, saute garlic and olive oil.
  • 3 add salmon, chicken broth, parsley, salt and cayenne pepper.
  • 4 cook over medium heat until heated through.
  • 5 add linguine to salmon mixture in skillet, and toss to coat.
