Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked long-grain rice, cold
- 2 cups cooked ham, diced
- 4 ounces swiss cheese, diced (1 cup)
- 1/2 cup celery, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon creamed horseradish
- 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
Recipe
- 1 in large bowl, combine cooked rice, ham, cheese and celery; toss to mix. in small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; blend well. pour over rice mixture; toss to coat.
