Ham And Swiss With Rice Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups cooked long-grain rice, cold
  • 2 cups cooked ham, diced
  • 4 ounces swiss cheese, diced (1 cup)
  • 1/2 cup celery, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon creamed horseradish
  • 2 teaspoons prepared mustard

Recipe

  • 1 in large bowl, combine cooked rice, ham, cheese and celery; toss to mix. in small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; blend well. pour over rice mixture; toss to coat.
