Healthy Monkey Morning Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/3 cup old fashioned oats
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 medium banana
  • 4 tablespoons 1% low-fat milk
  • 2 tablespoons low-fat peanut butter
  • cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 put oats in a microwave safe bowl. pour in water and microwave as directed. once done, take out of the microwave and thinly slice the banana into the mix. mash/stir. add in the peanut butter, milk and cinnamon. mix until desired consistency. eat! :).
