Fettuccine Alfeta

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 12 ounces fettuccine
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 cups chopped fresh tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons thinly sliced ripe black olives
  • 1/4 cup sliced fresh basil
  • salt & fresh ground pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cook fettuccini according to package directions, drain, return to pan, add oil and mix.
  • 2 add remaining ingredients, toss to combine and serve.
