Jordan Upside Down Green Beans

Ingredients

- 2 cups rice, basmati
- 500 g green beans
- 1/4 cup oil, corn
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 green pepper, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 3 cups stock, chicken, beef, vegetable
Recipe
- 1 wash rice; soak 30 minutes.
- 2 trim green beans; cut. i think they shell some of the beans.
- 3 heat the oil; add onion and garlic; cook low so you don't burn them.
- 4 add green beans, green pepper, salt and pepper, and coriander.
- 5 heat low; cook 15 minutes.
- 6 add rice and stock bring to a boil.
- 7 cover and put at low simmer for 20 minutes; do not lift the lid.
- 8 you have to flip this over on a plate when done.
