Delicious Gluten-free Gravy

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup turkey pan dripping
  • 1/2 cup almond meal
  • 1 tablespoon rice flour
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 mix approximately 1/2 cup of the pan drippings with the almond meal and whisk until smooth.
  • 2 bring other 1/2 cup of turkey pan drippings to a boil in a small saucepan, and then whisk in the almond meal mixture.
  • 3 slowly add in almond milk and whisk until desired thickness is attained.
  • 4 salt and pepper to taste.
