Ingredients
- 1 cup turkey pan dripping
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1 tablespoon rice flour
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix approximately 1/2 cup of the pan drippings with the almond meal and whisk until smooth.
- 2 bring other 1/2 cup of turkey pan drippings to a boil in a small saucepan, and then whisk in the almond meal mixture.
- 3 slowly add in almond milk and whisk until desired thickness is attained.
- 4 salt and pepper to taste.
