Ingredients

- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped onion
- 8 sun-dried tomatoes, thinly sliced (packed in olive oil)
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 8 ounces farfalle pasta
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen lima beans
- fresh ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in a medium skillet; add the onion and sauté until golden; stir in the tomatoes and garlic. set aside.
- 2 meanwhile cook the farfalle in plenty of boiling salted water, 3 minutes.
- 3 add the lima beans and cook until both the pasta and lima beans are tender. drain.
- 4 toss the onions and pasta together and toss until blended.
