Grandma's Porcupineballs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 6 (8 ounce) cans tomato soup
  • 6 (8 ounce) cans water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 tablespoon oregano flakes
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup instant minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon pepper (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 put into bowl (medium size) ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs, garlic salt, oregano flakes, parsey flakes, salt minced onions, cut the celery into dices, and pepper together.
  • 2 mix with hands until all the ingredients are thoroughly mix.
  • 3 put the 6 cans of tomato soup and the 6 cans of water into a large cooking pot.
