Granola Bar One-bites

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons flax seed meal
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 ripe banana, sliced
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup bob's red mill rice flour
- 2 tablespoons bob's red mill tapioca flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 1/3 cups enjoy life granola cereal, any flavor
- 1 cup enjoy life not nuts
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350℉.
- 2 with a mixer, cream together the first 7 ingredients (through vanilla). mix in flours and cinnamon until smooth. stir in granola and trail mix. if desired, place granola in a plastic bag and gently crush with a rolling pin into bite-size pieces. spoon mixture into a greased 9-inch baking pan or greased mini muffin pan.
- 3 bake for 30 minutes if using the 9-inch baking pan or 20 minutes if using the mini muffin pan. cool and cut into small bars or remove from muffin pan.
