Granola

Ingredients
- 5 cups old fashioned oats
- 5 teaspoons cinnamon (yes 5!)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 1/3 cup honey
- 3/4 cup brown sugar (dark brown is best, but light brown works too)
Recipe
- 1 mix together oats, cinnamon, salt and pecans and set aside.
- 2 melt together oil, honey and brown sugar. do not bring to boil, just heat until sugar is melted.
- 3 pour over dry ingredients and mix well.
- 4 spread evenly on cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 10-12 min
- 5 remove from oven and allow to cool completely before breaking apart.
- 6 can add raisins after cooling. golden raisins are the best.
