Healthy Chicken Stir-fry

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 4 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli floret
  • 1 cup green pepper strip
  • 1/4 cup frozen edamame
  • 2 tablespoons szechuan sauce
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice

Recipe

  • 1 coat a hot skillet with cooking spray.
  • 2 cut the chicken breast into 1 inches pieces and add to the pan.
  • 3 cook until chicken pieces turn .
  • 4 add all the vegetables and stir continually until cooked through.
  • 5 add schzewan sauce and stir to coat chicken and vegetables.
  • 6 serve over brown rice.
