Ingredients

- 4 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup broccoli floret
- 1 cup green pepper strip
- 1/4 cup frozen edamame
- 2 tablespoons szechuan sauce
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
Recipe
- 1 coat a hot skillet with cooking spray.
- 2 cut the chicken breast into 1 inches pieces and add to the pan.
- 3 cook until chicken pieces turn .
- 4 add all the vegetables and stir continually until cooked through.
- 5 add schzewan sauce and stir to coat chicken and vegetables.
- 6 serve over brown rice.
