Indonesian Chicken And Rice

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/4 cup hot chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon dark corn syrup
  • 2 tablespoons soya sauce
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 4 chicken breast halves (diced)
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 small red pepper, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, ground
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper powder
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 3 cups cold cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
  • 1/2 cup scallion, minced
  • 1/4 cup parsley, minced

Recipe

  • 1 mix broth, corn syrup and soya sauce.
  • 2 stir fry chicken in hot oil.
  • 3 add onion, red pepper, ginger and crushed red pepper.
  • 4 cook for 30 seconds.
  • 5 stir in curry powder and rice.
  • 6 cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • 7 add liquids.
  • 8 stir in peanuts, scallions and parsley.
  • 9 serve hot!
