Easy Tasty Murukku

Total Time: 12 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 cups besan
  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • oil, to deep fry

Recipe

  • 1 mix all except oil with water till a stiff dough forms (like a chapathi dough).
  • 2 push directly into hot oil, through a murukku mould to get fine strands or ribbons.
  • 3 fry until golden, turn over and cook the other side till golden.drain.
