Ingredients
- 3 cups besan
- 1 cup rice flour
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 3/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- oil, to deep fry
Recipe
- 1 mix all except oil with water till a stiff dough forms (like a chapathi dough).
- 2 push directly into hot oil, through a murukku mould to get fine strands or ribbons.
- 3 fry until golden, turn over and cook the other side till golden.drain.
