Ingredients
- 1/4 lb fresh ginger
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp miso
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 small garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Recipe
- 1 peel and thinly slice ginger. peel garlic clove.
- 2 combine all ingredients in a blender and liquefy on highest setting until mixture is very smooth, 1-2 minutes.
