Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon shortening
- 1/3 cup warm milk
- butter (to taste)
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients except butter and milk.
- 2 slowly add milk.
- 3 knead.
- 4 form 6 or 7 balls, then roll or pat flat. (the thickness is up to you).
- 5 cook in ungreased skillet. (be sure to watch so they don't burn and flip them regularly).
- 6 butter to taste and enjoy!
