Hungarian Noodles Homemade

Total Time: 2 hrs Preparation Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 25
  • 4 1/2 cups flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/3 cup water

Recipe

  • 1 mix together the flour, eggs, salt and water.
  • 2 knead dough until smooth.
  • 3 let rest, covered, about 19 minutes.
  • 4 roll thin.
  • 5 roll up as for a jelly roll, or cut into strips. (cut as narrow as possible or into small squares).
  • 6 dry noodles then cook the same as you would regular noodles.
