Ingredients

- 1 lb sausage (emeril's kicked up sausage)
- 1 cup brown rice
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 (10 ounce) can french onion soup
- 2 (10 ounce) cans chicken broth
- 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 lb sliced mushrooms
- 1 lb shrimp
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 (10 ounce) cans rotel tomatoes, mild
- 2 (5 ounce) cans ham
- 1 teaspoon parsley
Recipe
- 1 in large roaster, melt butter and add mushrooms, green onion, pepper, and parsley.
- 2 add soups, broth, and other ingredients.
