Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 6 ounces jambalaya rice
- 1 lb beef sausage
- 4 chicken breasts
- 6 ounces baby shrimp
Recipe
- 1 slice sausage into 1/4 inch pieces.
- 2 brown sausage in skillet.
- 3 remove sausage from skillet.
- 4 cube chicken breast into bite size pieces.
- 5 brown chicken in same skillet as sausage.
- 6 remove chicken from skillet.
- 7 cook rice in same skillet following package directions.
- 8 half way through cooking time add sausage, chicken and shrimp.
- 9 cook for remaining time.
