Fabulous Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 2 cups heavy cream
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
• 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 dash course black pepper

Recipe

• 1 heat 2 cups of heavy cream.
• 2 add one stick of butter mix until melted.
• 3 add 1 (8 ounce) pkg of cream cheese please cut into cubes and put in one at a time.
• 4 please use a whisk to mix this keeps the sauce smooth and avoids lumps.
• 5 add 3/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese.
• 6 add a pinch of salt
• 7 add a dash of course black pepper.
• 8 keep whisking until sauce thickens.
• 9 serve with your favorite pasta.
• 10 could serve with shrimp, grilled chicken strips, etc.
