- 3 tablespoons peanut oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 16 ounces frozen stir fry vegetables
- 3 cups cooked rice
Recipe
- 1 heat wok over medium heat, add oil swirl to coat pan.
- 2 add veggies, cook stir often for 1-2 minutes.
- 3 add rice, cook for 10 minutes, stir often until rice is light brown.
- 4 add soy sauce, stir to coat rice. serve warm.
