Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons oatmeal
- 1 tablespoon wheat bran
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Recipe
- 1 put all ingredients in bowl.
- 2 add enough water to form a thick paste.
- 3 spoon batter on to a pan sprayed with nonstick spray.
- 4 flatten out batter with back of fork/spoon.
- 5 cook on both sides.
