Egg Rice

Ingredients
- Servings: 2
- 2 cups rice
- 1 onion
- 2 green chili peppers
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1/4 teaspoon spices (ratio 1/2 stick of cinnamon,3 cardamon, 6 cloves)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
Recipe
- 1 first cook rice and keep it aside.
- 2 sweat (saute over medium-low heat) onions and green chilies together.
- 3 add ginger and garlic paste.
- 4 add rice and mix everything well.
- 5 add salt.
- 6 add the spices powder.
- 7 add the beaten eggs.
- 8 cook until everything is mixed well.
