Egg Rice

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 cups rice
  • 1 onion
  • 2 green chili peppers
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon spices (ratio 1/2 stick of cinnamon,3 cardamon, 6 cloves)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Recipe

  • 1 first cook rice and keep it aside.
  • 2 sweat (saute over medium-low heat) onions and green chilies together.
  • 3 add ginger and garlic paste.
  • 4 add rice and mix everything well.
  • 5 add salt.
  • 6 add the spices powder.
  • 7 add the beaten eggs.
  • 8 cook until everything is mixed well.
