Fried Rice In A Flash

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 eggs, scrambled
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 heat vegetable oil and sesame oil in wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • 2 add cooked rice and stir until rice is coated and heated through.
  • 3 stir in soy sauce, then eggs and green onions.
  • 4 garnish with toasted sesame seeds, if desired.
