Ingredients

- 3 cups cooked rice
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 eggs, scrambled
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted (optional)
Recipe
- 1 heat vegetable oil and sesame oil in wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- 2 add cooked rice and stir until rice is coated and heated through.
- 3 stir in soy sauce, then eggs and green onions.
- 4 garnish with toasted sesame seeds, if desired.
