Ingredients

- 1 lb thin egg noodles (cooked)
- 1/4 lb butter
- sour cream (optional)
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a large skillet add butter let melt then add cooked noodles.
- 2 fry noodles for around 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
- 3 let the outside of the noodles get crispy.
- 4 portion out and serve on a plate.
- 5 add a dollop of sour cream.
- 6 enjoy.
