Fried Noodles

Total Time: 26 mins Preparation Time: 1 min Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb thin egg noodles (cooked)
  • 1/4 lb butter
  • sour cream (optional)
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 in a large skillet add butter let melt then add cooked noodles.
  • 2 fry noodles for around 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
  • 3 let the outside of the noodles get crispy.
  • 4 portion out and serve on a plate.
  • 5 add a dollop of sour cream.
  • 6 enjoy.
