mint and melon freeze

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups cubed cantaloupe
  • 1 1/2 cups ice cubes
  • 1 cup red grapes
  • 1 cup rice milk (such as rice dream®)
  • 6 large mint leaves
  • 4 small cantaloupe wedges

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 10 mins Ready Time: 10 mins

  • blend cantaloupe, ice cubes, grapes, rice milk, and mint leaves together in a blender until smooth; pour into glasses and garnish each with a cantaloupe wedge.
