provencal rice salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 container minute® ready to serve brown rice or multi-grain medley
  • 1 (6 ounce) can tuna fish, drained
  • 4 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 4 black olives, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons red vinaigrette

Recipe

  • prepare rice according to package directions.
  • in a medium bowl combine rice, tuna, tomatoes, olives and vinaigrette. serve over salad greens.
