Ingredients
- rice paper
- 4 ounces ground almonds
- 4 ounces icing sugar (sifted)
- 2 egg whites
- glace cherries
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven 230 degrees.
- 2 cut the rice paper into 12 small squares and lay on your baking tray like playing cards.
- 3 mix the almonds and icing sugar.
- 4 cut the glace cherries in half.
- 5 beat the egg whites stiff and add the almond/icing mix.
- 6 put into large star piping bag.
- 7 pipe one whirl onto each square of rice paper.
- 8 put cherry into centre of whirl.
- 9 into oven for 5 minutes until brown.
