Frozen Pineapple Fat-burning Smoothy

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup ice cube
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4 teaspoon stevia
  • 2 mint leaves or 1/4 teaspoon peppermint tea leaves
  • 3/4 cup water

Recipe

  • 1 add pineapple, ice and water to blender.
  • 2 juice the lemon and add along with stevia.
  • 3 sprinkle mint into the mix and puree until smooth. enjoy with 8-10 rice crackers.
