Ingredients

- 2 (17 ounce) cans cream-style corn
- 1 cup minute rice
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- 2 mix well.
- 3 pour into greased 9 inch square baking dish.
- 4 bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
- 5 to microwave this recipe, do the same as above but cover and cook at high for 15 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
