Ginger-sesame Vinaigrette

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup yellow miso
  • 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ginger, minced peeled fresh
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 4 teaspoons canola oil
  • 2 teaspoons dark sesame oil

Recipe

  • 1 combine first 3 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring with a whisk until smooth. stir in green onions and the remaining ingredients.
